We appreciate your support for our small business! Since all our products are handmade with care, the processing and shipping time may take longer than mass-produced items. Please read the following policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-4 weeks (working days) from the date of purchase. This timeframe includes the time required to handcraft, package, and dispatch your order. Since we are a small business, we do not offer expedited shipping.
Once your order is shipped, the delivery time will depend on your location within India. Please note that we only ship within India and do not currently offer international shipping.
While we do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and support!

Payment Policy

We accept online payments only. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Please ensure that all payment details are entered correctly while placing your order.

Cancellation & Return Policy

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Since each product is handmade with great attention to detail, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
We also do not provide refunds under any circumstances, including if you change your mind after placing an order.

Claims for Damaged or Defective Products

 
Each order is carefully handcrafted and thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure it is in perfect condition. We take great care in packaging our products securely to prevent any damage during transit.
As a result, we do not accept claims for damaged or defective products. Once the order is shipped, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur during delivery. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
 
Lost or Damaged Parcels
 
Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the courier service to deliver it safely. We ensure that all parcels are securely packed before shipping.
Lost Parcels: If your package is marked as "delivered" but has not been received, please check with neighbors or your local courier service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after shipping.
Damaged Parcels: If your package arrives damaged, please take clear photos of the package before opening it and contact the courier service immediately. We do not provide refunds or replacements for courier-related damages.
